Today's Friday idea is my youngest daughter's party invitation for her upcoming birthday. For me this is a little elaborate but since she is just turning two and only family is invited I only have to make 5 or so invitations so not a big deal.
The paper is almost amethyst, whisper white, so saffron, pretty in pink and almost amethyst DP. The ink is pretty in pink, gable green, and almost amethyst. The ribbon is from Micheal's $1 bin...surprised I did not say target? The stamp sets are best friends alphabet lower, ginormous flowers, A good egg. Other stuff I used was the scallop punch to make the almost amethyst part of the flower, 1.5' circle punch to punch the center of the ginormous flower that I used so that I could have it be gable green, I also used my circle punch to make the cut out at the top so that the white card portion can be removed. When my computer is working again I will put the white piece through my printer and print the party specifics on it. The total measurements of the card are still the standard 5.5 x 4.25 so it will fit in a normal card envelope, but for me most will be hand delivered.
Sale-a-bration is almost over so if you have not taken advantage of a free stamp set you have till March 17. The great news is I am attaching our Occasions Mini which just came out and you can order stuff from this mini and get free sale-a-bration stamps. Also still going on is the demonstrator kit for 20% off plus an additional stamp set free with it. If you want to get a ton of stamping stuff for very little this is the way to go and you don't even have to sell if you don't want to.
Just so you know Target has new ribbon in their $1 bin!!!!
