Our Friday Idea is another very cute card from my friend Jill in cy-fair.

Ink: Whisper white, brillant blue, bashful blue, blue bayou
Paper: Chocolate chip, very vanilla
Tools: Circle punch, scallop punch
Ribbon: Hobby Lobby
